  2. Hi, Samantha. I missed the opportunity to see and participate to the kickstarter about your book. I would like to know if it will be available on sale online ( Amazon,...) and if yes, when ? Thank you very much.

    1. Thank you for being interested in my book! At this time it won't be available on Amazon for the immediate future, but I am still taking pre-orders before the book is sent to the printers in a couple weeks. This page will be closed when I am no longer taking pre-orders.

  3. Hello Ms. Youssef. I have a question about the book movement and form. I unfortunately missed the kickstarter campaign for the book "Movement and form" and was wondering if the edition with the Bonus Content (How to exaggerate your Character Poses) will one day be for sale for those who missed the campaign. I would appreciate your response. Please and Thank You!

    1. Hi Anthony! I can't give you a solid answer at this time, but I am intending on making the additional content on character posing available as an ebook in the future. It wouldn't be printed in the book itself, so they would always be available separately, just as they are now. The Kickstarter backers will receive the bonus content at a later date than the book. I hope that helps!

    2. Just a quick update to your question, I'm hoping the character posing ebook will be available by December this year, at least this is the deadline I'm working towards!

  4. Greetings! I only just discovered you and your classes after finding out info on you from Masters of Anatomy, but have come to love your art style and appreciate your mission of educating artists. Since this was only a recent discovery, I unfortunately missed the pre-order time period for Movement & Form, but am really eager to learn from your book. Will it be possible to place an order in the near future? If so, when? Please advise, thanks!

    1. Thank you so much for such generous words! The book will be available in the future. I am waiting on the printers at the moment, we need to make sure that all the backers receive their copies by the end of next week. After that, we'll be opening up a store on both studio-technique.com and theyoussefdrawingsyllabus.com. There is also a mailing list exclusively for the book where I will announce when the store is open if you want to stay updated:

  5. Hi Samantha, i just wanted to congratulate you on volume 1. I got it via kickstarter. I have many books on drawing the figure and have been a keen regular life drawer for the past 7 years. Your book is the best on this topic that I have read. You really spend a lot of time , with clear explanations , on critical aspects of figure drawing that the other books gloss over. I am looking forward to volume 2. I am glad I am on your mailing list so I am sure to hear updates on how it is going. You are so busy though. Thanks Rod
